Yes! My classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. Each exercise comes with a simpler and advanced version, so you can choose what works best for you. Age is not a barrier-as long as you don't have severe joint issues or health conditions, you can definitely join and benefit from the sessions!

03
Will you provide the class recording to practice?

Yes! I will provide the class recording, so you can practice at your convenience. All class recordings will be available until the following Monday.

04
Which one should I start for better weight loss results-fitness class or nutrition?

Both are essential for the best results! Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, but fitness is not just a weight loss tool-it also improves stamina, strength, and flexibility. If you have any health conditions or are overweight, I recommend starting with a proper diet first. Once you lose some weight, you can gradually include exercise for better overall health and fitness.

05
What kind of diet will you suggest?

I recommend a balanced, sustainable diet tailored to your body, lifestyle, and fitness goals. My approach focuses on wholesome, nutrient-rich foods, proper portion control, and practical meal planning that fits your daily routine. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle toning, or overall wellness, the diet plans are easy to follow, enjoyable, and designed for long-term health—not quick fixes.
